I just had an operation, they removed my right tube because it was swollen to the size of a golf ball. The doctor said it was not due to a sexually transmitted disease and he can't give me an explanation as to why it was so inflammed? Also my left tube was severly affected by endometriosis whic grew on my left ovary and now I am unable to have a normal pregnancy. Why and how do these conditions arise? I feel so frustrated not knowing :(

Pls help

Endometriosis can cause tubal blockage and swelling. Inflammation can also occur following surgery and some other infections such as TB or appendicitis.
