cervical cancer vaccination
would i require the vaccination ,even if i am 52 yrs and am single.have had no sexual partner for 10 yrs.

You could have picked up the HPV virus from previous partners and it would therefore not benefit you to have the vaccine. If not and you plan on being sexually active in the future you would be at risk and might then consider it.
