conceiving after miscarriage
I had a miscarriage (1st preg) June 03 at 7 wks. Never had a D&C as everything came away. I have been trying ever since to becone pregnant but no luck as yet. Using folic acid and ovulation kits and husband is taking vitamins aswell. Could this be because I never had a D&C? Also can an egg be fertilized but then just come away as a heavy period maybe a week later? Had a tiny bit of pink when period was due but then it came a week later. One week on and I feel quite unwell with nausea, sore breasts, tiredness and sore lower left tummy. What could this be as pregnancy test was negative?

I don't think that your not falling pregnant is related to not having a D&C. It can take up to a year for a normal healthy couple to conceive. It is possible for an egg to be fertilised and then not implant but it is more likely that your symptoms are just related to hormonal changes during your cycle.
