Constant bleeding
I'm very worried. About 7 months ago I went to my docter so he could insert a loop. Since then my cycles are extremely unpredictable. In the last 4 months I think there were 2 weeks I did not menstruate. I'm not sure if it's the loop causing the problems or if there may be another explenation. Can you please give me your view on it as I have a very demanding job and there are no gynaecologists in the town I live and I need to know if I need to make an appointment or if I can go to my GP instead.

The loop can cause heavy and prolonged periods. If your cycle was completely normal before the IUCD was inserted, this is the likely cause. You can see your GP to remove it if necessary.
