Cost of giving birth
Dear Doc
Please will you give me an estimate of what it will cost to give birth in a private hospital (including everything, eg theatre fees, ward fees, gynae fees ...etc.)
I want to fall pregnant but don't want to go to a state hospital so would like to budget for a delivery in a private hospital!

It varies form hospital to hospital but you can expect anything between R12 000 and R25 000.
