Could I be pregnant again so soon
I had a D&C 30 Dec ( suffered a miscarraige at 3 -4 weeks). This week I'm feeling tired, sleepy, developed an appetite and my breast are swollen and sore. Could I be pregnant again so soon or are these signed of ovulation or an approaching period or is there something wrong?

It is too early for a pregnancy. These are probably just hormonal effects following the miscarriage.
