I know this may sound silly but please can anyone help ?

I have PCOS and my periods have started becoming regular thru Metformin and Clomid.

Although my husband and I have been having intercourse around the time of ovulation, I have still not fallen pregnant

Ultrasounds did show I am producing follicles and aslo lining in the uterus - does this mean then that we can exclude the possibility of endometriosis ?

I usually have pelvic pain just before and on the first day of my period. But I also experience some nausea and diarrhoe just before so I am afraid that maybe I have endo and need to go for a laporascopy ?

Why have we not fallen pregnant yet, even if we're having intercoures around the time of ovulation. I don't think I could bear this if there was any more wrong with me ?

You don't say how long you have been trying. It can take up to a year to fall pregnant.
There is nothing in your history to suggest endometriosis, but a laparoscopy would be the next step if you do not fall pregnant.

Best wishes
