My Daughter (25) has a terrible discharge and the odour is not pleasant at all. She is VERY overweight. She had a baby 2 1/2 yrs ago. Could this be a "Hygiene thing" or an infection. She has been on Antibiotics for this but did not clear up and the smell has got worse.

It could be poor hygiene with the smell being due to sweat, or it could be a vaginal infection. I would suggest that she sees a gynaecologist.
