Do you need papsmear after historectomy?
Had a historectomy. Everyting removed, exept for the overies that are functioning well. Aged 42. Do I still need a pap smear and why?
Suppose I still need a gino for menopouse and the medication that is needed as well as for breast check ups for cancer, but please, IS PAP smears really still necessary??
Would appreciate your answer.

Pap smears are no longer necessary unless the hysterectomy was for cancer.
