Doc, can it be the pill?

I did stop taking triphasil last year December. When I stopped it I started to get terrible sore menstruation cramps when I had my period. I had to stay home, I couldn't work. After 3 months it was better and now this. Can it be the pill finally working out of my system?

The Pill relieves period pains, so there is often more pain when you stop the Pill.
