Dear Doc
I spent 9 months of last year on Chlomid (sp), when this didn't work I then did my first IVF cycle in May of this year. Unfortunately that too didn't work, and subsequent tests have shown a FSH level of 80. I haven't had a period since. My question is this, with no period and such a high FSH level, does this mean my ovarian function has ceased? I have an appointment with a fertility clinic next week.

Yes, it appears that your ovaries have stopped producing eggs.
