Eight weeks preg, not sleeping
Hi,
I' m eight weeks pregnant and have hardly been sleeping. I' m drinking Chamomile tea, taking a homeopathic sleep tonic and have a cup of Milo or Horlicks (or two!) before bed - nothing is working! On a good night, I get four hours. Is there ANYTHING I can take?
Regards,

Regards,
It is preferable not to take any sleeping tablets at this stage. Rather try relaxing measures as MB1 has suggested.
