Episiotomy
Hi Doc,
My baby weighed 4.2kg at birth 6 months ago and doctor had to perform an episiotomy for the natural birth. It was quite big and took time to heal.During that time I had problem holding urine in because of the wound. But now that is sorted out, the main problem now is flatulance and holding in runny stools.I can't hold it in when gas want to come out.Runny stools just come out before reaching the ladies. It is so embarrasing. Is there something that can be done about this?
Please help.

I'd suggest that you see a rectal surgeon.
