Feet swollen at 18 weeks pregnant
I am about 18 weeks pregnant. There are 2 things worrying me. My feet seem to swell really badly over the period of the day. By home time I can hardly wear my shoes as they are so tight on me. In the morning my feet seem fine. I have not noticed that much swelling in my fingers. Prior to falling pregnant I did have a tendancy to have swollen feet when flying. Is this normal or is it something I need to worry about?
The other thing is thta all the moles I previously had are now quite a bit more pronounced. Does this normally happen with pregnancy or should I visit a skin specialist?

The sweeling of your feet is probably related to pressure from the uterus while standing. You should make sure that your blood pressure is normal. If so, the only thing you can really do is to rest and keep your feet up as much as possible.
Skin pigmentation increases in pregnancy. If the only sign is a darkening of your moles, this is probably due to the pregnancy. If there are any other symptoms such as an increase in size, or pain, you should see a skin specialist.
