I would like to know at what stage in the pregnanacy I can start taking formance. I don't eat any vegetables and feel that i need to supply my body & little with extra sustinance. Also at what stage can it be said that it is safe to tell people you are preganant and your chances of losing the baby drop?

I am not familiar with formance. After 12 weeks the chances of miscarriage are much less. Best wishes
