Gestational diabetes
Hi Doc,
I am 34 weeks pregnant and just wanted to find out if Gestational Diabetes would be picked up in the urine test I do at every visit? Would this test indicate abnormalities that they would then further check for, or is it not picked up in ones urine?
Regards

Glucose in the urine would be a sign to do further tests for gestational diabetes. If you have other risk factors, you should have a blood test anyway.
Best wishes
