What can stress cause to a woman. Can it affect a woman's internal organs, eg. womb. The doctor detected some growth near the womb and says it is stress related. She could not perform a pap smear because she says she saw blood and need to see her after I have had my periods.

Stress is unlikely to cause growths. Paps are not so accurate during a period.
