i have the problem lady with some that is like lumps in my vigania but it gets big like 1cm and has pass when i blast it. it sometimes goes away and in 2 weeks cames back again. please help.

The best thing would be to see a doctor. I can't really tell what these are without examining you. They could be infected hair follicles.
