Heart murmu

i was not feeling well at 23 wks pregnant, weak for no reason, not tired weak, went to GP could not find anything wrong except"

1. when he listened to my heart says i have a murmur, i have never been told of this before, could it be preg related?
2. My iron levels were borderline but not warranting supplements
3. My thyroid function is otherwise normal
4. A "slight" bacterial infection - he did not say where that was coming from? how am i supposed to know from a blood test what this bacterial inf means? can it be a bladder infection because i have been having these regularly in the pregnancy?

Heart murmurs can be due to pregnancy. If your doctor was concerned, he should refer you to a cardiologist.
A bladder infection could cause a change which would be picked up by a blood test.
