I have been diagnosed with genital herpes. I have done a lot of research etc. on it. I would like to know that if I am not having an outbreak or recurrance as they call, and I either give oral sex to my parter, or he gives it to me, is their still a chance that I can infect him?

If the blisters are confined to your genitalia, you should not infect your partner by giving him oral sex. The chances of his getting infected from giving you oral sex would be low.
