Hi Doc, your expert advise again please...
Hi doc,

Quick question, my gynea (a former fertility specialist) sent me a script for Fertimed. I have a perfect 24 day cycle without fail. His reasoning is it's going to be difficult to fall pregnant with such a short cycle and we need to lengthen that as my follicles are not mature enough for fertilization. Is this true?

What are the side effects of fertimed and what makes it different from Clomid?

I have already established that I do ovulate. My doc wants to conduct a scan on day 12 of my cycle. Is this correct? He is a great doc and I have full confidence in him. I would just like to have your expert opinion as well.

Thank you so much!

Fertomid and Clomid are the same thing.
I presume that you consulted a fertility specialist because you are struggling to conceive. If this is the case, the treatment is justified.

Best wishes
