Hormon going mad
I am a 40 year old female, always been battling with my hormon since puberty as I have hair growing in the wrong place: chest, face, neck. Was given a course of androcur when I was 20, then another at the age of 35. I am not on anything at the moment and for the past three months it looks like the hair growth on my face and neck is getting worse, my boobs are really swollen (and REALLY sore) 2 weeks before my periods. Went to my GP who took some blood, according to the labs results everything is fine: free testosteron levels are fine. My question is how come I am growing hair at a rapid rate and how come my boobs are so sore if everything is fine???????
Thank you for your comments.

See a gynecologist. PCOS is a possibility.
