How long will preg test show positive after abortion?

I had a medical termination on 22 december, I have been bleeding since then, with some pain also. I would like to know how long the test will show positive for please.

It depends on how far pregnant you were and what the hormone levels were to start. In any event, it is now 6 weeks later, so the pregnancy test should be negative.
