Hysterectomy
I am on my sixth week recovery after Hysterectomy, Is it OK to have sex, and will there be some kind of bleeding, also want to know when can I start using my Health walker skip or go for brisk walking. I have put on a lot of weight and need to get it off.

You should wait for your 6 week check-up before having sex, so that your doctor can check that everything has healed. You can use you Health walker and do exercise. Be guided by how your body responds.
