I want to fall pregnant
Hi there
My husband and i are married for 1 year and dated for 4 years. We always had a sexual relationship and he never used condoms and i was never on contraception, but i still never could fall pregnant. Is it normal for a women not to have an orgasm when her husband's penis is inside her? My husband always has to make me come first before he can penetrate and come inside me. Is that normal? Can i still fall pregnant even though i come before him? Waht can i do to fall pregnant?

You need to see a gynaecologist to see why you are not falling pregnant. It is quite common for women to need external stimulation in order to have an orgasm. You can still fall pregnant if you have an orgasm before him.
