Irregular Menstrual Cycle
I am 28 years old and was on the pill for about 8 years up until January this year. Since I have stopped the pill, my periods have never been regular and I have now gone about 3 months without having my period. I did go and see a gynea and he did some blood tests and said that I am not pregnant and my hormone levels are normal. What can the cause of this be? Is there anything that I can take to normalise my menstrual cycle?

It sounds like you are not ovulating. One of the reasons for this is PCOS. This can be diagnosed on a scan. If this is the case, the treatment may involve drugs to stimulate ovulation.
