Hi, after my daughters birth 3 years ago, I found that my periods is different every month, e.g. one month I will have extreme period pains, and the next month nothing but very sore breasts, then the next period I will just have a very bad case of PMS, also my periods is very lumpy and heavy. Sometimes it will be heavy for about 2 days and then nothing until about the 5th day when it starts again. The next month it will be very heavy and lumpy. Is this normal or should I rather go and see a doctor

I would suggest that you see a gynaecologist for a check-up.
