lletz in early pregnancy?
i think that i may be pregnant, i have all the symptoms but even blood tests take up to 6 weeks after conception to confirm - now would only be about 2 weeks! I am going in on monday - 6 aug - for a lletz procedure - i want to know the risk if i am currently pregnant ...!

You should not have the procedure if you are pregnant. You could miscarry. Rather postpone it till you know for sure. Remember that a blood test will be positive on the day of your expected period.
