Lower abdomen
I have been getting terrible pains in my lower abdomen, like period pains for the last week or so. It is no were near time for my period yet, i still have like 2 weeks before my next period.
It is a very sharp, tight pain. What could this be.
Please help.

It could be a cyst, spastic colon or some other cause. See your doctor for a check-up.
