I have recently discovered a few lumps at the bottom end of my labia, on both sides - more on the right side.<br><br>They are not painful and don't bother me at all but I am a little concerned as I have had genital warts round my anus and am hoping that this is not the same. They are not a distinct colour or anything, what could they be?
