lumps on the outside of

I have small lumps or should I say pimples on the outside part of my virgina and they spread out, at first i thought it was ingrown hair but i think it gets big then sometimes its small again....whats really wrong with me

It may be ingrown hairs which get infected. If you shave , this often makes it worse. You would have to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
