Luteal phase
When an irregular cycle occurs, is the pre-ovulation(14 days before the is egg is realesed) period increases, or is the ovulation period (3 days) increases or is the Luteal phase period that is increasing? After how long is the sperm catches the egg, can it catch immediately after it has entered or must it stay for a day or two to catch?

If your cycle is irregular it may mean that you have not ovulated. If you have ovulated, it will usually have occurred 14 days before the period starts. It will obviously only be possible to work this out in retrospect.
If you have intercourse on the day that you ovulate, the sperm will fertilise the egg immediately. Sperm can survive for around 48 hours though so, if you only ovulate 2 days after intercourse, the sperm can still fertilise the egg at that time.
