i was just wondering should i have the coil removed.
im 22 now and have had the coil for 2 years but previous to this i have been using both the pill and injection with no free time between. so in total i have been using contraception for 7 years with no break. i worried that this may be to long.

Unless you are planning a pregnancy, there is no reason to remove the coil now. It is not hormonal, so would not affect your system.
