menstrual cycle
Dear doc, please can u help. I started menstruating 15 years ago and have always been very regular. I went on to have a baby who is now 17 months old. I was still very regular up until last month. I have not had my period for a month now. I have been to the doctor and have done a blood test to rule out pregnancy. I just cant understand what has made the change. I also did blood tests for my thyroid and liver etc and everything apperas to be fine. The only thing I have started doing differently is that i drink 2 litres of water each day. I never drank water prior to that. What is causing my delayed period?
It could be stress, change in diet or exercise. There doesn't seem to be a serious problem. I would suggest that you wait and see what happens next month.
Best wishes
