menstrual pains
hi.
i'm 22 yrs old and suffer from severe menstrual pains. every month i stay away awake the whole night for a minimun of 2 nights in a row, from the pains. i'm taking medication that was prescribed by my gynaecologist but it doesn't do much, i just end up throwing up. Is there anything else that i can take?
also, what complications can there be if i were to remove my whole reproduction system?

One of the causes of period pains is endometriosis. This can only be diagnosed at laparoscopy. This should probably be the next step. There is no point in removing anything till you know what the cause is.
