muscle back pain
Good day DOc
I have injured my muscle in the middle of my back. This happened on Sunday. It started paining on Monday. I am putting on voltaren emulgel, but it is still veryy painfull.
Is there any idea as to what else I can do to get this pain under control. I am pregnant and that makes it difficult.

Other than Panado, your options are a bit limited. Muscles can take weeks to heal depending on the severity. Heat often helps.
