No Menstrual Cycle
Hi Doc
My menstrual cycle is non-existant. Had one last in Feb.
Went off contriception mid last year in the hope of falling pregnant. Went to a gynae for the regular check-up to ensure all was in working order - 100% good there. Recently went to my GP with my worries and had blood tests done to check if all was okay there - and again 100% fine. But still no period. Whats up?
I admit I'm pretty stressed in my life and I'm trying to combat that with exercise and eating healthy and relaxing, but still nothing. Don't know where to go from here...

The possibilities are that you are not ovulating, an ovarian cyst, thyroid problems, overactivity of the milk producing gland and, of course, pregnancy. Ask your doctors to check these.
