Not taking any Vit. & 10weeks Pregnant
Hi Again
I'm 10weeks preg, and not taking any Vit. whatsoever. I was taking it at 5weeks but it made me so sick I stopped. I'm planning to take it again after 12weeks but is it harmfull not to take it now?

You should take folic acid at this stage. The rest you can start later.
