Ovulation
Hi Experts,
I have had irregular cycle since young. It range from 30 to 40 days long and I know it is a bit abnormal.
1. What I want to know is how can I find out when I ovulate?
2. And how long is the lifespan of egg and sperm?
3. Im in Cape Town, where can I get the tools for detecting ovulation?

If you are going to use an ovulation detector, these can be bought at most pharmacies and help you determine ovulation. An egg lasts about 48 hours and a sperm 3 days on average.
