I AM GETTING SEVERE PAIN LIKE A STITCH PAIN IN THE RIGHT LOWER ABDOMIN LIKE A NEEDLE PIERCING AND THEN IT COMES AND GOES VERY OFTEN EXPECTING MY PERIOD ALSO IN A COUPLE OF DAYS PLEASE HELP WHAT IS GOING ON
