Pain in the middle of stomach

I have been getting a pain in the centre of my stomach. At times it is unbearable it goes to my back as well. I dont want to just go to a doctor before finding out via yourselves what it could be. Would you know what this is??

there are many possibilities - gyanecological, bowel, urinary. You will need to see a doctor for a full history and examination.
