Pain when standing up and walking
Dear doc,
I am in real pain on my left side (lower abdomen) when I stand up or start to walk. The pain comes and goes, but I do not experience any pain while I am sitting. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and had an appointment with my gynae on Friday - everything was fine.
Should I worry or should I make an appointment with my gynae again.
Also, what should a baby's weight be at 26 weeks. My baby only weighed about 774 grams. Isn't this too little?

It sounds like a muscular or nerve pain. If you are seeing your doctor again in the next two weeks, you could mention it then. The baby's weight is normal - 800g would be average.
Best wishes
