PAP SMEAR
I am going for my first pap smear and would just like to know - how long before the smear should'nt I have intercourse?

It doesn't really matter if you have intercourse the night before the smear, other than that your doctor will probably see the semen. If you wish to avoid intercourse, 24 hours would be okay.
