The PC exercises (I think that is what they are called - when you stop your flow of urine) - do they tighten the vagina?Do they improve your sex life?How many must I do a day and how long will it take before you notice a difference?

Pelvic floor exercises can tighten the vaginal muscles. You should do at least 50 per day. It will take several weeks to notice the difference.
