PCOS and possible cure?
I was recently diagnosed with IRS after asking for a check up, due to putting on over 30kgs. The weight gain is due to a very bad and fat filled diet. After being diagnosed with PCOS, I did some enquiries and found it the IRS is responsible for the development of my PCOS. I guess my question is this: once I have lost the excess weight and cause my IRS to return to a normal level, will this cure my PCOS? Many thanks!

Insulin resistance is associated with PCOS and losing weight and changing your diet will certainly help with the symptoms and control them, but will not necessarily cure it.
