Period and gyming
Goodday, I'm a 24 year old woman and would like to know if it is normal to have a bloody discharge (almost like the first day of menstruating) for 1-2 days after a physically challenging workout?
Is it also true that women with extremely bad period pains may have a problem conceiving?

It is not normal to have a bloody discharge after a workout. If it is at midcycle, it could be an ovulation bleed though. If period pains persist throughout the period, it could be a sign of endometriosis, which can affect conceiving.
Best wishes
