Last month my period was one week late, which has not happened in more than a year. I went to the gynea last week, he did a scan and said he cannot find any cysts and that he can see my new egg forming. I was supposed to have my period on the 14th and I still have not started. I am not preggies as I have already done a test. Any reason for this?

Stress can delay a period. If there was an egg forming when you saw your gynaecologist, you can expect a period two weeks later.
