Phantom pregnancy?
I have been wanting to get pregnant now for a while even though it wouldn't be the ideal time for my husband and I. I experienced something like the morning sickness that I had with my first child about one month ago but all the home tests I took were negative. I even feel as if there is some movement sometimes. could I be having a phantom pregnancy? I've put on a lot of weight in this month as well. Please help!

If you have not missed a period, thern pregnancy is unlikely. Weight gain and nausea may be related to your diet and not necessarily to a phantom pregnancy. The movements could be bowel movements too.
