PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION ???
I have just turned 35 in May this year, and have diabetes type 2 and hypentension, I am currently on medication for my condition and the medication that I take is the following : Hexel Lisinopril 10mg once daily; Sandoz Indapamide 2.5mg once daily; Sandoz Metfor 850mg twice daily. For contraception I am on Nordette. This week I went to my gynea for the annual check up and becuase of my age and medical condition his has suggested that I go off the pill (Nordette) and have the sterilization done, or my husband has himself sorted out, I just feel this is to final and that he just wants to cut to make money. Please give me your advice. regards bell
With your medical conditions, the Pill is not a good idea, but there are other options if you are not ready for sterilisation, such as the injectable or IUCD.
