I have PCOS but have been having regular periods since the beginning of the year, thru treatment with Metformin and Clomid.

My last period was 7-9 July, but was a light period. I have been having cycles of 30-32 days.

Since Friday, 15 July I have been experiencing ovulation-like symptoms, but isn't it too early ?

I have pressure on my right ovary and some pain now and then on the left. I have a mild pressure on my right ovary and the usual loose bowels that happens around ovulation.
I am also mildy nauseous every now and then.

I'm just worried that there may be more wrong with me, like endometriosis or something - what else could be causing the gastro symptoms ?
Or maybe the PCOS is acting up again?

Please help.

Ovulation can occur at unexpected times, so it is possible that this is ovulation. However, a bowel problem is also possible. The only way to find out would be to see a doctor.
